Tasting - Dionysos Fileri Moschofilero
Name: Dionysos Fileri
Variety: Moschofilero
Region: Peloponnese
Country: Greece
Year: 2021
Price: $12.00
Winery Review: An astringent, crisp wine which pairs well with fish. Better than many higher priced Assyrtios. - (C.B 4/5).
Wine Folly: I agree with wine folly primary flavors of Moschofilero. The book says potpourri, honeydew, pink grapefruit, lemon, and almond.
My Review: Smells like crisp green apple, citric, and grassy hay. Tastes citrusy, light body, with apple notes. Warm smooth, light body, a very refreshing wine. With a sour aftertaste. Good wine would recommend.
